Job Summary

This execution focused role supports the coordinated planning, governance, and management of finance wide transformational initiatives. Manages transformational initiatives by establishing clear accountability of program goals, setting the performance and execution cadence, and coordinating the flow of information across leaders to deliver results. This manager role operates through strategic partnerships with senior business leaders across finance. The Transformation Manager achieves results through clear governance, established accountability and coordination with key partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, adapt, and continuously improve operating cadence to ensure delivery of key objectives
  • Lead and manage team members
  • Assist in the planning and monitoring of current and contemplated large scale transformational initiatives, providing the CEO/ELT and steering committee(s) an ongoing portfolio view of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the information necessary to provide engagement, decisions, and communications related to these initiatives to ensure carefully orchestrated and executed efforts.
  • Support leadership alignment throughout the organization through available tools and resources (goal alignment, messaging, and performance alignment sessions).
  • Provides direct delivery of facilitation and consultation to the leadership teams and coordinates and interfaces with the annual operating cycle (QBRs, business planning, strategy sessions, etc.).
  • Interacts with senior leaders on the planning, status, feedback, and results of strategic initiatives. 

Required Qualifications for Position

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience leading and driving organizational initiatives  
  • Knowledge of financial drivers to understand and improve individual, work group, and/or organizational results
  • Experience interacting and partnering with business leaders
  • Effective project management skills to formulate a plan of action and effective execution
  • Demonstrated accomplishments working collaboratively and cooperatively across organizational boundaries
  • Travel requirements: 10 - 20% 

Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position

  • Experience working in Finance or Finance related field
  • Master’s degree 
  • Prior experience in the energy industry, utilizing business acumen and knowledge of the business to influence others and outcomes

Salary Range:

$107,000.00 - $160,500.00
