IT Analyst
Full Time Perm
Shift: Hybrid – 2 days onsite & 3 days remote
Location: Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN
The Office of the CIO, IT Business Management governs and facilitates cross-functional coordination, management, and execution of the operational governance of IT. As the IT Analyst, you are primarily accountable for governing and supporting the IT workforce programs and ITIL process governance.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assists with the tracking and allocation of all IT resources to ensure the right fit of resource capabilities against our strategic priorities
Conducts invoice and payment validations and runs monthly reporting to support the IT training programs
Accountable for overseeing IT process governance and ITIL methodology which includes preparing and implementing detailed, organized, and user-friendly written procedures and leading governance meetings
Accountable for reporting and tracking the performance of IT Services including those performed by internal NiSource and third party vendors
Runs performance reports and scorecards that accurately reflect the overall quality of IT Services, including internal and external performance, customer service, and other metrics deemed important by NiSource business leaders
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience working in IT managing processes and performance
3+ years of experience as a financial analyst to include invoice tracking and validation, forecasting, spend analysis or similar job duties such as IT contract management, IT budgets and forecasts
2+ years of experience analyzing information from a variety of sources to detect trends, associations, cause-effect relationships and other anomalies
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL experience or certification preferred
