Job Summary

The Change Management Lead will lead a team of resources responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to position the strategic purpose, benefits and change management implications to drive increased understanding and end-user adoption of common business practices, processes and technology solutions for a large-scale enterprise initiative or a portfolio of projects.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the scoping, solutioning, estimating and delivery of change management solutions in support of high impact, strategically-aligned transformational initiatives to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Develop change management plans and identify people-related risks and mitigation strategies to drive alignment and commitment to specific business practice, process and technology opportunities
  • Drive stakeholder management and engagement, communication planning and execution across common platform transformational projects
  • Partner with Information Technology and business leaders in the design and execution of change solutions
  • Identify change management and business resource requirements and capabilities required to support strategy development and execution of specified common platform projects
  • Ensure timely and high quality tracking and reporting of the OCM team status and identified issues and risks
  • Develop and engage team of OCM professionals by providing role clarity, regular performance feedback and soliciting team input and ideas for moving forward
  • Provide leadership to supporting consulting resources and model strong collaboration across the broader change management and technical teams
  • Set expectations and coach team members and vendor partners to achieve outcomes as one unified team
  • Required Qualifications for Position

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7-10 years experience in change management and communications related role leading complex, transformational change, with demonstrated experience in facilitating organizational development related efforts
  • Experience navigating matrixed environment
  • Experience leading teams, including multiple vendors/contractors
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and skills in OCM, including cultural change impact analyses, stakeholder alignment and management, communication planning, change network planning/execution, change readiness/effectiveness assessment and training strategy development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Self-directed; able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work and interact at all levels of the organization; across functions and locations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute at a detailed level
  • Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word; exposure to Visio, SharePoint and MS Project
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment
