Marketing. Our marketing team shares information about exciting new products and services with thousands of residential and small business customers. Jobs here let you combine your creativity, imagination, and writing skills with sales and business savvy to develop concepts and copy that will both inform and engage our customers. As part of this team, you’ll work on a variety of projects, including launching new products and services.

Service Delivery. Our service delivery group responds to customer requests for service on appliances, furnaces, and HVAC units, as well as gas lines and equipment, covered by warranty or lease agreement with NiSource. This team also works with customers to resolve warranty issues that may arise and arranges with contractors or technicians to visit customers’ homes to make needed repairs.

The Service Delivery team requires a commitment to providing superior customer service, along with excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and exercise patience in difficult situations.
