Columbia Gas Transmission transports about 3 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day through approximately 12,000 miles of pipeline, supplying gas distributors, energy marketers and electric power generating facilities, as well as industrial and commercial end users across 10 states. We also own and operate one of North America’s largest underground natural gas storage systems, comprising 37 storage fields with a capacity of nearly 600 billion cubic feet.
